TERMS APPLY:

As much as I want to say I can guarantee to be present for a delivery. The simple fact is that I cannot. There are many factors that affect these types of sessions being able to happen. If you decide to book this type of session go into it thinking that this would be something that would be wonderful to have if the stars align, a request (that I would love to grant), but not a guarantee. If it does not end up happening (for whatever reason) you get a full credit you can apply towards any of my other baby sessions (fresh 48, newborn, milestones, etc.). You may also chose to use your credit to partially or fully gift it to another pregnant person in your life.

A few things need to happen for me to attend your delivery!

1. I need to not be on shift as one of your nurses the day of your delivery or scheduled to work within 6 hours of your delivery. I am not allowed to photograph while I am on shift as one of your nurses and I have to get some sleep before I safely care for pregnant mommas and their babies.
2. I need to not have another session scheduled at the time of your delivery. If I have another session such as a once in a life time wedding that has been booked out most of the time more than a year in advance, that session with a set date and time has to take priority. I would love to be in two places at once and am working on finding a back up shooter if these instances were to arise, but at this time, I have not secured one.
3. I need to have approval from the hospital and doctor. Sometimes emergencies happen, pandemics happen, visitor policies change, doctors don't approve photography. (You will need to check with your physician prior to delivery to confirm). These things are out of our control and the safety of mom and baby is most important.
4. I need to have childcare and no big responsibilities as a momma. As a mom, my kiddos always come first. I would love to attend your delivery, but I may need to find childcare very quickly ( depending on how fast baby decides to arrive) If that is not feasible in what may be a short period of time, I won't be able to make it.
5. TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME

*if scheduling/delivery does not allow for attendance by myself for whatever reason, you will receive a $500 credit that can be applied towards any of my other baby related sessions: fresh 48, newborn, milestones, family portraits.

Wedding Packages

A: 6 hour ( $1000, $375 nonrefundable retainer fee)

due 1 mo before the wedding. One lead photographer, 6 (continuous) hours of shooting time. If additional time is requested the day of the wedding, the price will be $150/additional hour. 40 miles of total travel too and from is included, each additional is $1/mile up to an hour from Kankakee County. All photos (digital of the day are including portraits and documentary. Portrait images are retouched. Print release is included. A complimentary engagement session is included. A password protected online gallery is available for sharing with unlimited downloads for up to 3 months. A preview of 10 photos will be featured on Alanna Haynes Photography Page within 3 days of the event (unless specifically asked not to be shared publicly, in which case they can be delivered in a private online gallery. The full gallery is delivered in 6-8 weeks.

COMPLIMENTARY ENGAGEMENT SESSION

(Valued at $175) is a 45 minute session that includes location recommendations in Kankakee County, 1-2 total outfits, 25 images included with all photos available for additional $50, a private password protected gallery, unlimited downloads, a full gallery delivered in 2-4 weeks, and a minimum of 5 sneak peaks delivered within 72 hours. Travel included in Kankakee County.

B: 8 hour ($1500, $375 nonrefundable retainer fee)

due 1 mo before the wedding. One lead photographer, 8(continuous) hours of shooting time. If additional time is requested the day of the wedding, the price will be $150/additional hour. 40 miles of total travel too and from is included, each additional is $1/mile up to an hour from Kankakee County. All photos (digital of the day are including portraits and documentary. Portrait images are retouched. Print release is included. A complimentary engagement session is included.
